A Network of Retreats
In order to support people doing meditation retreats around the world we aim to eventually support a wide network of retreat places. Though we currently have our hands full in Podentes we have already welcomed a second retreat center into our network. Karuna Retreat Center in Monchique, in the south of Portugal, will host Tergar programs over the coming years.
Tergar Samadhi – Podentes, Portugal
Tergar Samadhi is a 32-hectare property in Podentes, Portugal, which we acquired last year. It will serve as the home for Tergar Retreats, hosting both three-year retreats and ‘open’ retreats, where many participants will camp while others stay in indoor accommodations.
Karuna Retreat Center - Monchique, Portugal
